About Us

Altar’d Healing is a space where science, ceremony, and expanded states of consciousness meet.

We believe that meaningful healing sometimes requires going beyond talk therapy - into the body, into the breath, and into altered states where long-held patterns can shift and deeper truths can emerge.

Through legal psychedelic work and integrative practices, we offer a trauma-informed path toward profound inner change, supported by preparation and integration.

Our work welcomes breakthroughs, while staying oriented toward what matters most: helping those shifts carry into daily life, relationships, and the way you move through the world.

POTENTIAL PATHWAYS

Ketamine, cannabis, psilocybin, and integrative practices offer distinct ways of engaging altered states and therapeutic change. Each has its own rhythm, depth, and relationship to consciousness, and is approached intentionally, based on your history, goals, and readiness.

Cannabis can heighten bodily awareness and emotional sensitivity, making it a supportive ally for somatic work and trauma resolution. It may support the movement of stress or trauma held in the body, allowing experiences to unfold through felt awareness rather than conscious effort. Its effects often allow for greater agency during the process, offering the journeyer more choice, orientation, and capacity to engage with what arises.

Cannabis

Ketamine can create distance from entrenched patterns, supporting perspective shifts and emotional access. Its dissociative qualities may allow material to be approached with more spaciousness and less overwhelm, and may be supportive for those working with treatment-resistant depression, chronic pain, anxiety, or trauma-related patterns when held within a structured, integrative process.

Ketamine

Psilocybin can amplify sensory, emotional, and perceptual awareness, often bringing forward vivid inner experiences — including emotional, symbolic, and at times transpersonal material related to connection, unity, or insight beyond the personal self. Experiences are typically immersive and nonlinear, with shifts in time, perspective, and meaning. In therapeutic contexts, psilocybin may be supportive for people working with depression, anxiety, trauma-related patterns, or major life transitions.

Psilocybin

Not all altered states require substances. Breathwork, EMDR, somatic practices, sound healing, and energy work can also open meaningful states of awareness, regulation, and insight. These pathways may be supportive on their own or alongside medicine-based work.
